Event Rental Policies & FAQs

General Policies

  • Rentals are confirmed only upon receipt of a signed agreement and deposit.
  • Periods include delivery, setup, event time, breakdown, and pickup.
  • Items must be used only for their intended purpose.

Setup & Use

  • No permanent alterations (nails, screws, glue). Paint-safe tape only.
  • Client must ensure adequate space, access, and power.
  • Damage beyond normal wear will be billed to the renter.

Yes, we offer setup based on facility inventory and specific event options.

Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees depending on your event date.

Terms & Conditions

• Full payment is typically required prior to the event date.

• Renter assumes all liability for personal injury or property damage.

• Social Heights is not responsible for delays due to weather or traffic.

• Subleasing or transferring rented items is strictly prohibited.

• Liability is limited to the replacement value of rented items only.

Cancellation Policy

2+ Days Notice Partial refund available; deposit may be non-refundable.
Less than 24 Hours All payments are non-refundable.
Refund Processing Applicable refunds are processed within 3-5 business days.
